First drafts will be sent will be sent within 7-10 business days after all information has been received. We will not begin design work until all necessary information has been received. The timeframe is subject to change longer based on the number of revisions needed. Two rounds of proofs are complimentary, ANY changes needed starting at round THREE and beyond are $10 per round. The more information we have to start with, the faster the design process can move. Rush processing is available starting at $35, please do not purchase without contacting us first if you need rush processing to make sure we are available!
For digital files, the final file will be delivered as a high resolution JPEG only by email unless other arrangements have been discussed prior to purchase. We do not release editable digital files of our maps to anyone.
